Emma Marie Ndoringoma is an engineer, a tech enthusiast and a founder of Fidalix an IT & Telecom services company with over 5 Top Skills years' experience in regional projects. Emma is a telecom/wireless WiMAX Trainer.

 She has worked on several IT projects tasked with design and implementation of last mile connectivity systems within 15 Languages African countries where she worked with different NGOs, Public & English financial Institutions and Telecom operators in Rwanda, Burundi, French Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Kinyarwanda Congo ,Djibouti, Ghana, Kenya, Niger, Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Tanzania, Togo and Uganda.

 For the past 9 years working in consulting firms, Emma has successfully delivered IT projects in different sectors and countries. In 2019, she successfully made a study of Smart Universities project that aimed to enable e-learning amongst universities and research centers selected by the Ministry of Education of the Democratic Republic of Congo and sponsored by the World Bank. The project was approved unanimously by the Ministry of Education, the PEQPESU project leaders and renowned researchers at the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN)

 Emma is currently the 2nd Vice chairman of Rwanda ICT Chamber, a member of Girls In ICT Rwanda and the Vice President Membership of Kigali Executives Toastmasters club.
